In the flight to Cardiff, the urban buildings with the British style gradually emerged in layers of clouds. Our students could not wait to start their wonderful journey.

乘坐在飞往卡迪夫的航班中，浓浓英伦风的城市建筑在层层云雾中渐渐显露。学生们一颗颗焦急不耐的心，恨不得赶紧开始这场奇异美妙的旅程。

For the extensive schedule, the U.K. main campus assigned academic courses and social activities for each day. Cardiff and Vale College continues to enrich students through experiencing the curriculum of top universities in the world in advance which can help them to get used to their future study career. Among all the fascinating academic courses, the students were most impressed by Swansea University's Chemistry Experiment Course and Cardiff University's Economics and Forensic Science courses.

丰富的行程包含每日上午的学术课程和每日下午由英国总校安排的特色活动。卡迪夫公学不断引领学生，帮助他们借此提前感受世界知名大学的课程设置模式，为今后的国外学习做好充足的准备。在所有令人如获珍宝的学习活动中，令学生印象最深刻的，莫过于斯旺西大学的化学实验课程和卡迪夫大学的经济课程、法医科学课程。

“During the 18-day trip, the students witnessed urban architecture with a profound historical background, enriched knowledge and widened their horizons. After plenty of special events, our students felt the British life and the charming local atmosphere.

18天的行程中，学生们一次又一次踏足英伦风味的卡迪夫城市，目睹含有深厚历史背景的城市建筑，不断丰富知识面，开拓眼界。也经过一轮又一轮的当地特色活动，融入英国本土生活，感受迷人的当地风情。”

Tenby is a walled seaside town in Wales, and sandy beaches also surround it. Time flied slowly, when our students stayed at Tendy. They took photos at there for their wonderful journey.

高雅迷人的Tendy小镇，被沙滩温柔地包围，周围的房子色调柔和，白色优雅的乔治七世宅院洒落其中。时间仿佛在这里凝固，每一帧画面都如同一张张珍藏的明信片，所有的美景也都定格在此，学生们纷纷拿出相机拍摄留念。

Students from the Shanghai campus met Eluned Morgan, the minister of International Relations and Welsh Language at the Welsh Assembly. Furthermore, the minister of the Welsh Assembly received exquisite calligraphy as a souvenir.

来自卡迪夫公学上海校区的学生还有幸在威尔士议会见国际关系和威尔士语言部长Eluned Morgan，并收到了中国传统的书法作品留作纪念。

The summer school of Cardiff and Vale College Shanghai is not only a journey for fun, but also is a chance to teach our student the meaning of “Inspirational · Inclusive · Influential”. We hope the summer school can widen students' horizons, enrich their knowledge and enlighten their careers. Furthermore, we also hope that students will be clearer about their goals for further studies after the summer school, and be confident in the future!

这是一场夏校之旅，却又不仅仅是一场逗游玩闹的踏足之旅。卡迪夫公学坚持将“启迪、融汇、引领”的校训精神融于丰富的夏校活动中，为学生增拓眼界，充盈学识，启迪生涯。也希望在夏校活动结束之后，学生们能更加明晰下一步学习计划，坚定升学目标，对未来充满信心！加油吧！骄傲的少年！
